  1. Brand Guide in PDF

At times, the customer requests a printed copy or a PDF of the brand's guide. Frictionless has all the details for the brand. It would be really helpful if it could create an intuitive brand guide in PDF format covering all aspects of the brand.

  13. SFAS instead of SWOTS

I've been a consultant for a long time and I find SWOTS really difficult because they are so open ended and difficult to extract actionable outcomes. The reason for this is that there are always too many issues to address so it becomes an intellectual exercise that is hard for people to implement. SFAS, Strategic Factor Analysis, takes the good parts of SWOTS and helps "score" the various issues so that they can be prioritized down to 3-5 items. The other benefit is that this kind of scoring approach helps get "everyone on the same page" because it takes something relatively abstract to a framework to score and prioritize. It's a much easier framework and clients like it because they can buy into it. I can share a model if you're interested.

  14. White Label

This tool is truly amazing and I love using for myself. However, I can't use it for clients and be seen as an expert if the tool that I'm using to help them with their strategy is something they can clearly see is from another developer that we didn't put together for them. No white label = not a true agency product. I'm basically sending clients to someone else's tools. It's like trying to promote myself as a private chef and telling the family "Go to Allrecipies.com and search for spinach artichoke dip and look for the one with 4k reviews and make that one."
